(Letter of Thanks)
(一)感谢赠送礼品 ( Thanks for the Gifts Received)
(Thanks for Wedding Gifts)
(The Bride’s Notes of Thanks to Relatives)
                                               March 20, 2005
Dear Margaret,
Thank you so much for the perfectly beautiful little clock you and Bill sent us! It’s one of the very nicest wedding gifts we have received.
David sends thanks too; we hope you’ll come soon and see how lovely the clock looks on our dresser. You just couldn’t have made a better choice!
With love from both of us,
                                               Yours,
                                                Helen

(To an Intimate Friend)

Thanks for the beautiful gift,”
而应写到具体的礼物,如:“Thanks for the beautiful lamp”。

                                                March 27, 2005
Dear Li Li,
Thank you so much for the traditional Chinese paintings you sent us. They are exactly what David and I want for our drawing room; but we didn’t think we’d be lucky enough to get them as a gift!
David and I are delighted, Li Li. Thank you very, very much!
We’re looking forward to seeing you at the wedding.

                                              Affectionately yours,
                                              Helen

(To an Intimate Friend of the Groom)

                                              March 27, 2005
Dear Bob,
How kind of you to send Li Ming and me such a beautiful photo album! We’re delighted with it, and we just can’t thank you enough.
Li Ming and I are looking forward to seeing you Saturday at the wedding.
Thanks again for your wonderful gift!
                                        Affectionately yours,
                                        Wang Jing

2.感谢圣诞节的礼品( Notes of Thanks for Christmas Gifts)
(1)写给姑姑的感谢信( A Note of Thanks to an Aunt)
